Orders

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club debit and credit cards, both online and in our retail shop.

Shipping and Handling

  • In stock orders will ship within 2 business days from our showroom in Sacramento, CA.
  • We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50.
  • Orders under $100 are charged a $10 Flat Shipping Rate.
  • We ship to all 50 States, Washington DC, U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. Territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
    Orders may be delivered by UPS or the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
  • Shipping and handling charges are per shipping address.
  • Our flat-rate shipping and handling fee applies regardless of order size or weight. In some cases, the flat-rate charge may exceed actual shipping costs.

In-store Pick-up

  • We offer no charge local pick-up at our midtown Sacramento showroom.
  • We’re located inside together at 920 24th Street. (btwn I and J)
  • Hours Tuesday-Saturday 11:00am- 7:00pm, Sunday 12:00pm-4:00pm

Expedited Shipping

  • Need it faster? Please add a note in your cart or reply to us at orders@shopthepurpose.com
  • Express 2-Day shipping for $20 or Express Standard Overnight for $40.
  • Expedited orders are guaranteed to arrive by 8pm, excluding Saturdays & Sundays.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been prepared for shipping. Please contact us within 24 hours if you need to cancel your order, otherwise it will be considered a return.

Shipping and Product Bags

  • We use EcoEnclose 100% Recycled and Recyclable Poly Mailers for most shipments. Not only are these exciting mailers made from 100% recycled content, but the dual adhesive strip allows reuse prior to being recycled.
  • Smaller items are shipped in EcoEnclose Recycled and Recyclable Bubble Mailers made from 32.6% post industrial recycled content. These also have the dual adhesive strip allows reuse prior to being recycled.
  • Your purchase is protected inside EcoEnclose 100% Recycled & Recyclable Flap & Seal bags or Cotton drawstring bags.
  • All EcoEnclose bags and mailers are fully recyclable; accepted at store drop off or curbside services that take grocery bags.

Returns & Exchanges

  • If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept a return for exchange or store credit.
  • Please notify us at orders@shopthepurpose.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
    Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for an even exchange or store credit (minus original shipping charges).
  • Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return/exchange any item(s).
  • Items should be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains, fragrances or odors and any alterations.
  • All original Purpose and vendor tags must be attached to the garment(s).
  • All returns are subject to inspection and we have the right to refuse your return/exchange if the return does not meet these requirements.
  • If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the store credit/exchange. So, we recommend using a tracked method for safe delivery.
  • Once your Returned package arrives, please allow 10 business days for your exchange/store credit to be processed.
    You can also bring your Return/Exchange to our midtown showroom, please still contact us within 3 days if you cannot make it in before then.

Damages

  • Damaged items must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Please email us at orders@shopthepurpose.com and make sure to include photos and or videos when contacting us about any damaged orders.
  • You must return package within 5 days of receiving the pre-paid shipping label and we will gladly replace the item free of charge if it is still available.
  • Should we not be able to replace it, you will be refunded. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • We will not accept returns of any damaged item(s) not reported within 24 hours.
  • You can also bring your damaged item to our midtown showroom, please still contact us 1st within 24 hours.

Final Sale

Any item marked at 30% off or more is considered FINAL SALE! We reserve the right to refuse a refund, exchange or damaged item if it does not meet our policy requirements.
